To make sure that you will have a pleasant stay and to prevent any misunderstanding, please read our Terms & Conditions.

Booking more than 10 weeks ahead:

  • A deposit payment of 20% of the total cost of your stay is required to secure your booking. See our Cancellation Policy.
  • The balance must be paid 4 weeks before the start of your stay. Alternatively, you may pay the full cost of your stay at this point.

Booking less than 4 weeks ahead: Full payment is required at the time of making your reservation.

  • The 2 & 3 bedroom apartments requires climbing stairs.
  • The 3 bedroom apartment is situated on the top floor, with a balcony. Guests are responsible for the safety of young children.
  • No parties or events
  • The apartment you have reserved is only to be used by the members who booked it.
  • The owners are available to the guests during their stay for any information and assistance they may need.
  • The guests are responsible for the cleanness of the apartment. The owners are not required to clean and tidy up, or to take out the garbage during the whole stay of the clients.
  • The owners will provide a change of bed linen every 7 days.
  • Guests will be charged $15.00 USD to replace lost keys.
  • Please respect the noise level from 10:00 pm till 6 am
  • The guests are obliged to take care of their personal things and valuables left in the accommodation. The owners will not be responsible in case of any disappearance. We advise guests to always close the doors and windows when they go out.
  • Pets are not allowed on the premises.
  • Drugs are not allowed on the premises.
  • Subletting an apartment is not permitted.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
  • It is not allowed to bring any weapon, inflammable or explosive substances and products with strong or unpleasant smell into the apartment.
  • The guests are kindly asked to take care of the accommodation and its furniture situated inside and outside of it.
  • On leaving the apartment, guests have the obligation to switch off the lights and electrical appliances including the air-conditioning.
  • Guests who intentionally or accidentally damage the property will have to reimburse the owners the full amount of the occurred damage. The owners will ask the guests to leave a deposit of $200.00 USD on their day of arrival. The deposit will be refund to the guests in its totality on the day of departure only if they leave the accommodation in the same status as they found it.
  • On your departure, please take rubbish out of the apartment and wash any dirty dishes.
  • The guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged.
  • On departure please leave the keys with the owner.
  • The owners can put an end to the reservation of the guests who do not respect house rules. In this case the guests will be charged for the entire amount of the reservation.
  •  It is assumed that the guests are familiar with the Terms & Conditions and that they agree with their conditions and obligations.
